We had the most marvellous week and one of our best holidays ever. Laura sorted everything with great efficiency and organised a brilliant guide, Ionut, who works in Ecology and Environment Conservation. We met so many interesting people and loved seeing all the churches and the countryside. We certainly plan to come back to Romania – there’s so much more to see and such a special place.

“ Thank you Ionut for your guiding and your patience with your ‘nature’ walkers. We have loved the beautiful countryside and the historic sites, the hospitality in the villages – and even the rain!

“ My Maramures visit has without doubt been one of the highlights of my life. The way that the village way of life has been preserved here is quite incredible. I think that anyone who has visited here should regret on what has been lost within our modern life”

“ Following our return from a most enjoyable trip to Romania, I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to you and your teamfor helping make our trip so memorable. It was a pleasure to work with a tour company that operates with a travel philosophy such as yours - in avoiding the standard tourist trail, and thus allowing us to explore the real Romania which appealed to us so much. Both Alina and yourself (Laura) proved to be both wonderfully informative, friendly, and helpful and I would certainly recommend your services to anyone thinking of travelling in the most beautiful country in Europe”

“ I enjoyed the International Dendrology Society tour immensely and was so impressed by all your organisation and attention to detail – we saw lovely countryside, forests, meadows and flowers and I particularly enjoyed our visits to farmers – contact with local people is always important. I feel in lane with Moldavia, its countryside and churches and thank you, Laura, for making it all so pleasant. I hope to come back on another occasion.”

“Everyone was struck by the beauty of Romania. We really did have an excellent time in your country and so much the success of the tour wasthanks to you. You organised everything with great consideration and clarity and you never appeared to be harassed or stresses by anything - which made us feel calm and relaxed and ready for anything! Thank you so very much from all of us and from me personally for all that you did for us.

The way in which you presented your country to us was a great delight: very informative and very enjoyable and left all of us clear that we must return one day.”

“ We all want to tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves in the Maramures with you. We have just got our photos back and they confirm what a marvellous time we had, how beautiful the countryside and villages were and how incredibly kind everyone was to us. It was exactly the kind of holiday we enjoy and although we had high hopes of the holiday it was even better than we had imagined. This was very much thanks to all the care and attention you gave to finding good places to stay, to organising everything for us and being such a good guide.”
